We offer a mobile engine tuning re-map service to fleet users within a 25 mile radius of Bolton, subject to a minimum number of company vehicles.
Our diesel, petrol, CNG and LPG diagnostic workshop is equipped with a Sun Ram X11 Rolling Road using the latest TAT software, as used by Bosch and developed by Rudi in Germany. We provide an AsNu petrol injector testing and ultrasonic cleaning service by mail order or while you wait for conventional, direct, GDI and FSI injectors. We also offer a testing and reconditioning service for most makes of common rail diesel injectors and can supply new diesel injectors if the original injectors are not serviceable.
We repair and service most makes of factory liquid and vapour CNG and LPG systems including Vialle, Necam, Prins, BRC, Koltec, AG, Eurogas, Pharos and many others for vehicle manufacturers including Ford, Mitsubishi, Citroen, Peugeot, Proton, Vauxhall and Volvo.
We are proud to be appointed, approved, and accredited as main dealers for Quantum Tuning and engine remapping in the North West of England. We also carry out research and development for CRD Technology Limited, also based in Bolton near Manchester and who have designed and patented a unique dual fuel diesel blend system for use with CNG and LPG fuels.
